Why are some addresses excluded from Mining Power?
Protocol contracts, PMINE liquidity pools, and the Pons Launchpad protocol fee recipient hold PMINE for inventory or Launchpad ops — not as ordinary lottery play. Rules are public; details on Protocol. Production does not use a private denylist.
